1. You may use these goods for R4R ONLY.

2. You will need to use my designer name which is Angell's Creations I am allowed to use them as R4R as I have got the licence to sell them as R4R x R4R.

3. You must resell them as CU/PU.

4. If you use it as CU then it can be included in PU Kit. The Kit must have 50 or MORE Elements.

5. Kit MUST also include at LEAST 6 Papers or (Otherwise it’s just an over-sized Element Pack)

6. You may back up your downloads onto CD/DVD or USB Stick or USB Hard Drive for personal use only.

7. You must give me credit in your TOU's and a link back to my blog.

   YOU MAY NOT:

1. Sell as a Stand alone PU or CU Tube.

2. Include in an Element pack and sold as CU or PU.

3. Include in a “Kit” that has less than 50 Elements (Even if it’s advertised as PU, it is NOT a Kit, it is classed as an Element Pack).

4. Include in a “Kit” that has less than 50 Elements (Even if it’s advertised as PU, it is NOT a Kit, it is classed as an Element Pack).

5. You may not change the file names at all.
